Moderator/Panelist: Damien Germino, CNR GS '17

Damien Germino, Ph.D., M.S., M.P.A., is the associate dean of operations for Ä¢¹½AV's School of Nursing.

He has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 14 years throughout Westchester County. He is also a personal trainer, mindfulness coach, psychology and communications instructor, and teaches origami. He particularly likes training small groups in lifting both upper and lower body exercises, High Intensity Interval Training, core TRX, and boot camp classes. He is International Sports Science Association certified in Nutrition and has his Westchester Yoga Arts certification. His doctorate is in Applied Psychology in Product Management, and for his Master of Science he studied in a Cognitive Neuroscience of Memory Lab.

Panelist: Ashley Napoli, CNR GS '09

Ashley Napoli

Ashley is a yoga teacher and embodiment coach helping women cultivate confidence, express their truth, and lead from deep self-love.

Through her coaching, courses, workshops, and retreats, Ashley guides women on a journey of connecting with their inner wisdom to create lives of joy and fulfillment.

With 18 years of experience as an educator, she weaves together mindfulness, movement, and personal growth practices in a way that feels both grounding and empowering. Her work is rooted in the belief that when women return with their authentic selves, they discover the freedom to live in alignment, honor their truth, and move through life with more ease.

Panelist: Linda Stephens, CNR SAS '90

Linda Stephens

Linda Stephens, M.S., International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB) Pro, is a wellness coach and clinical nutritionist who specializes in midlife women's health.

She combines nutrition, fitness and lifestyle strategies to help women lose weight, balance hormones, and feel energized in order to live long and strong.
